Welcome to DXR Motors. By booking our services or using our website you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Definitions

• “DXR Motors”, “we”, “us”, “our” – DXR Motors Ltd, Unit 5, Goodview Road, Basildon, SS14 3DN.
• “Customer”, “you”, “your” – the person or company purchasing goods or services from us.
• “Services” – diagnostics, repairs, tuning, parts supply, mobile call-outs and any other work we undertake.

2. Estimates & Pricing

1. All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Estimates given by phone are indicative; final price is confirmed after on-site diagnosis.
3. VAT is included where applicable.
4. Additional work will not be carried out without your approval.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed once a date/time is agreed.
• Mobile call-out fees are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to parts availability, extreme weather or safety reasons.

4. Warranties

Warranty excludes wear items, misuse, or modifications after our work.

5. Customer Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate vehicle details and disclose known faults.
2. Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on (roadside jobs must not be on motorway hard shoulders).
3. Remove valuables; we accept no liability for items left inside the vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of earnings, or downtime.
• Our total liability will not exceed the value of the original invoice, except in cases of personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Website Use

• Content is for general information only and does not replace professional advice.
• Unauthorised scraping, copying or reproduction of site content is prohibited.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
